Open the top ticket in Kanban 8. Create Google Play.
Open the Orda Dashboard.
Go to Publish.
Click the tool icon in the top right
5. Click Download Icons. This will save two pictures to your computer that we will need for the next step. Make sure you don't mix these files up with other businesses. You may want to keep each business's files in a folder with their name.
Go to the sales@getorda.com account or a getorda account that is invited to the business's developer account in https://play.google.com/console
Open the business's developer account.
Click on Create app in the top right corner of the page that opens after the account is selected.
A new page will open:
Under App name enter the App name from the Orda Dashboard.
Under Default language, leave the selected option.
Under App or game, select App.
Under Free or paid, select Free.
Click on all the declarations. Note if it's a first app released to that developer account there are three declarations that need to be checked.
After this, the Create app button in the lower right will become clickable and click to continue.
A new page will open:
This is the dashboard. Scroll down till you see Set up your app and click on View tasks to bring out the tasks shown in the screenshot above.
Click on Setup Privacy. This will open a new Page in which there is only one field to fill up. In the field insert the following link: https://www.getorda.com/privacy-policy then click on save in the lower right corner of the page. After the changes have been saved, click on the back button above the field (⬅️Dashboard).
Next click on App access. From the provided option, choose: "All or some functionality in my app is restricted". This will reveal a new button labelled
"+ Add Instructions". Click on it to reveal a new page:
Under Instruction name enter "Roy". Under everyother field enter "6465490560". Lastly tick the "No other information is required to access my app" and click on the "Add" button in the lower right corner.
Click on "Save" in the lower right corner and then click on the "(⬅️Dashboard)" to go back.
Next click on Ads.
Select the "No, my app does not contain ads" from the available option. Then click on "Save" and and then click on the "(⬅️Dashboard)" to go back.
Next click on "Content rating"
In the new window click on "Start questioner" which will lead you to a new page:
Under "Email address" enter the email address provided in the Orda Dashboard. Under "Category" select "All other app types". Then click on "Next".
A new page will open where under every option you choose "No". Exceptions are apps that sale alcohol or other controlled substances for which under "Promotion or sale of age-restricted products or activities" you choose "Yes" and answer the additional questions correctly.
After that, click on "Save" and then click on "Next".
In the final page of this step review the ratings and make sure they are correct for the app you are releasing:
After confirming the rating. Click on "Save" and then click on the "(⬅️Dashboard)" to go back.
Next click on "Target audience" and on the first menu tick the following options "13-15", "16-17" and "18 and over".
Click on "Next". Note if app has controlled substances in menu, only tick "18 and over".
On the next page, under "Appeal to children" choose "No" and click on "Next".
Click on "Save" and then click on the "(⬅️Dashboard)" to go back.
Next click on "News apps" and from the provided choice choose "No".
Click on "Save" and then click on the "(⬅️Dashboard)" to go back.
Next click on "COVID-19 contact tracing and status apps" and from the provided options tick "My app is not a publicly available COVID-19 contact tracing or status app".
Click on "Save" and then click on the "(⬅️Dashboard)" to go back.
Next click on "Data safety" which will open a new page:
In the top right corner click on "Import from CSV".

Next, click on "Import" and on the pop up click again on "Import".
Click "Next" until you land on the "Preview" page. Then, click on the three dots in the lower right corner of the page and click on "Save". Click on "(⬅️Dashboard)" to go back.
Next, click on "Government apps" and from the options choose "No".
Click on "Save" and then click on the "(⬅️App content)" to go back.
Next, click on "Financial features" and from the available options tick the following two: "Mobile payments and digital wallets" and "Rewards, points, frequent flier miles, and other incentives" and click on "Next". Then, click on the three dots in the lower right corner of the page and click on "Save" and after that click on the "(⬅️App content)" to go back.
Next, click on "Select an app category and provide contact details" which will open the following page:
Click on "Edit" for the "App category" section. In the pop up, under "Category" select "Food and drinks".
Click on "Save" then on the "X" in the top right corner of the pop up.
Next, click on "Edit" for the "Store Listing contact details". In the pop up, under "Email address" enter the following email address "support@getorda.com".
Click on "Save" then on the "X" in the top right corner of the pop up.
Then, in the left navigational menu, click on "Dashboard" and scroll down to the last step here, "Set up your Store Listing". In the new page that opens, fill out every text box with the respectful text from the Orda Dashboard for the apps. Upload the App Icon and Feature Graphics and finally upload the app screens for Phone, Tablet 7 and Tablet 10 inch screenshots. Finally click on "Save".
In the left navigational menu, scroll down and click on "App Content".
Under "Advertising ID" click on "Start declaration". On the new page, choose "No". Click on "Save".
